Whats Coming Up |
 elcome to the O Sullivan School of Irish dance. This Auckland based school began in 1997 under the instruction of Hilary O Sullivan TCRG originally from Dublin. Hilary is a member of An Coimisiún Le Rince Gaelacha and the New Zealand Teachers Association. The school has developed over the years into a successful Irish dance school both nationally and internationally. To date we have seen dancers place internationally at the North American Championships and the Winter Solstice Championship held in Sydney, we also hold many National and Regional titles for individual and team performances. We are proud to have dancers qualify and represent New Zealand at the Worlds Irish dance Championships and the All Ireland championships. “Our Goal... Is to teach Irish dance to the best of your child's ability, and most importantly to make it a wonderful and memorable experience while promoting Irish culture across all ethnicities” We want you to enjoy coming to classes, going to competitions and giving performances. The skills taught in Irish dance go beyond dance skills and have proven to be invaluable many years later to so many people. With relatively small class sizes, students receive personal attention from the teacher at each class and focus on proper form and technique, as well as stamina, flexibility and presentation. Performances O Sullivan Dancers are available for performances for your business or social event, large or small. We can customise dance shows for private parties, weddings, corporate events and community functions of all sizes. Our dancers range in all ages and levels. We arrange each dance performance to fit your needs and wishes. Various show length, type of dance and number of dancers can all be arranged as needed.
